Friends of the Dover Town Library recently held their First-Ever Chili/Soup Off. Chefs of all ages were invited to submit their hearty soups to the contest, and in addition to amateur chef and junior chef categories, local restaurants were invited to submit entries for the professional category.

Awarded the Golden Ladle in the professional category was the Creme of Carrot & Ginger Soup from Petit Robert Bistro Needham. This recipe was created as one of our Soupe de Jour selections. Stop in and try our award winning delight!
